Criminal cases handled include juvenile court, DUI/OVI, and traffic citations.  Defense against allegations of child abuse or neglect.  Corporate services include business entity creation, contract issues, employment matters, and labor contract disputes.  Professional mediation services provided to resolve issues quickly and less expensively than traditional court cases.

I attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at night while working full time.  I'm licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Iowa.  After working for four years as a legal editor for LexisNexis, I joined the Brown County Prosecutor's office.  There I represented the State of Ohio in all juvenile criminal, traffic, and dependency cases filed in Brown County for two years.
