Our Business

Over half my practice is devoted to family law matters such as dissolution, divorce, custody, and parenting time schedules.  I am also certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio to serve as the court-appointed Guardian ad Litem to represent children in civil cases or when there are allegations of neglect or abuse.  Criminal cases handled include juvenile court and DUI/OVI.  I am a trained mediator and as such can provide professional mediation services to resolve issues quickly and less expensively than traditional court cases, or as a supplement to on-going legal actions.

I attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at night while working full time.  I'm licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Iowa.  After working for four years as a legal editor for LexisNexis, I joined the Brown County Prosecutor's office.  There I represented the State of Ohio in all juvenile criminal, traffic, and dependency cases filed in Brown County for two years.
